Summary:
The project "Centralization for paying taxes through a digital wallet" is a way to simplify the collection of taxes by taxpayers.  Currently there are bilateral agreements between government agencies (municipalities, Sefaz, Federal Revenue), which restricts and creates difficulties for the process, that is, it is only possible to make the payment of a certain security exclusively in the banks where the agency has an agreement.  The aim of the project described here is to create a unified and centralized way to carry out these trade-offs.  Using Corda DLT technology, everyone involved in the transaction, such as the Customer, Bank, Government, is aware of the collection and payment in real time, which brings agility and security.  According to the BC Agenda, to promote competitiveness, removing these constraints is a necessary fact for the evolution of the National Financial System

After the implementation in a network between restricted participants , we verified that the use would become very limited and we chose to integrate the private network with a public DLT network , in this case " .

Current scenario , such as the emergence of CBDCS ( Central Bank Digital Currencies ) . Very important is the fact that the existence of the CBDC, by itself, hardly implies automatic exchange deregulation, the end of final beneficiary registration or capital controls in Brazil.  Thus , some form of registration must exist to fulfill the interlacing function described here .  A CBDC would most likely bring a more data-rich element, more suited to atomic transactions and DvP.  The system would be even more robust with validations of origin in formats and intent in line with decentralized networks. 

This may even be an innovative feature of the system: already "being in line" with a design that benefits directly from the existence of a CBDC.
